Durham Venture Mentors

Our mission is connecting Durham student and graduate innovators and entrepreneurs with an elite and diverse group of mentors, enabling them to realise their potential and have a positive impact in the world.

Durham Venture Lab provides support to students and graduates that are interested in exploring and pursuing pathways in innovation and enterprise.

We do this through engaging with our clients through three key stages; innovation, startup, and growth.

We engage in a wide variety of ways from 1-1 support with an idea, to group innovation challenges to full time accelerator programmes.

Once a business reaches the growth stage, we focus on providing access to ongoing support from within our networks and the mentorship programme is a critical part of that ambition.

Effective mentorship plays a significant role in the success of a startup business. Venture Lab have a specific and individual approach to mentorship, defined by our values, principles, and procedures.
