EDI Senior Change Manager

Louise Joined the EDI unit in April 2024, as Senior Change Manager.  Louise will be leading the Athena Swan ambitions of the University and will continue as Durham Pride liaison, having been involved with the charity for over a decade. Louise is a passionate strategic change facilitator working in the EDI sector since 2012 and Durham University from 2001.  Louise designed and implemented the intersectional change project at Newcastle University’s Faculty of Medical Sciences in 2021 demonstrating impact through career development opportunities, clear communications driven by data evidence.
