DUWAFC boasts vast achievements throughout all levels of football, including becoming BUCS National Champions in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2022. The club currently has three teams, each serious contenders for the top of their respective leagues. 2021 Round-Up
3rd Team: This year saw one of our strongest 3s teams come together – made up of some seasoned third and fourth years with plenty of experience and lots of freshers and second years who were new to the BUCS league. As always, the 3s bonded really well as a squad and this sense of teamwork has been evident in their on-pitch performances this term. By the end of the league, the 3s claimed the unbeaten title at the top of the table for the end of 2021! March 2022 brought League Champions for the 3s, clinching the league title.
2nd Team: The 2s have had a bit of a rollercoaster of a term 1 with lots of up and down performances across the board. Although the 2s finished Term 1 second in the table, they are still hoping to flip back into action in 2022 and return to bringing home the wins.
1st Team: The 1s had a very strong start to term with 2 impressive wins off the bat. An overall mixed term for the 1s, but one with many positives to take into 2022. May 2022 brought the team a national champions title from St. George's Park.
