An Inventions of the Text seminar
Whether the larger-than-life hero who strives to create meaning beyond life, or Falstaff who relishes life itself, how do Shakespeare’s characters help us navigate our own lives? Prof. Engle will discuss Falstaff, Shakespearean wisdom, and wisdom literature.
Chapman Professor of English, University of Tulsa
