St Cuthbert's Society, the JCR, and the Alumni Association warmly invite you to our Annual Alumni Weekend, which will be held from July 12 to 14, 2024.
The weekend starts with a drinks reception and hot buffet in the dining hall on Friday evening. And, of course, the chance to meet up with friends in the Bailey Bar. The weekend coincides with the Durham Miners’ Gala. So, on Saturday, you can experience the Banners and Brass bands. If you have never been before, you will undoubtedly see Durham in a new light! In the afternoon, there will be a talk by Alumnus Mark Rowland entitled "Traditionally Untraditional: Bernard Robertson's Memoirs" by Mark Rowland in the SCR. The Bailey bar will again be open on Saturday night with music. On Sunday, before heading home, the Alumni Association will host a discussion forum about its future and projects. Finally, everyone is encouraged to gather at the Market Tavern for lunch.
