Early Intervention Foundation
Tom McBride, Intervention Foundation
This will be a virtual seminar using Zoom. Contact email@example.com for details about how to take part.
The Early Intervention Foundation is a government what works centre dedicated to ensuring that effective early intervention is used to support children at risk of poor outcomes. EIF sits on the interface between research and policy, generating evidence and working across central and local government and beyond to ensure that evidence changes policy and practice. The Foundation has a broad remit, covering conception to early adulthood and diving it’s work into 3 overarching portfolios, the early years, mental health and wellbeing, and childhood vulnerability. EIF’s Director of Evidence Tom McBride will use this presentation to give an overview of the Foundation and its work, focusing on some recent projects as well as discussing how they have impact.
