Greece is a wonderful Mediterranean country situated in the South-East of Europe. Ancient Greeks considered their country to be the Centre of the World. The Greek language (Ancient and Modern) has been spoken for more than 3500 years. It has the longest documented history of any living Indo-European Language. Nowadays, more than 15 million people around the world speak Greek: in Greece and Cyprus (official language) with large communities in the USA, Canada, Australia and numerous European countries.

Believe it or not, more than 15,000 words of English are derived from Greek words.

Learning Greek is the epitome of academic endeavours. It is not just a language in order to communicate; it is a language with inner power, mathematical structure and hidden universal messages.
