IDAS/IAS week on modelling: Computer Models, Simulations, Data and Reality

We are lucky to be hosting Prof Eric Winsberg, a philosopher from the University of South Florida, in Durham the week of 2nd – 5th May. We will be running a week of activities with him around the topic of modelling (in all its forms) with the aim to have a broad, interdisciplinary discussion around the link between models and reality.

The workshops will be open to all in Durham.
