WRIHW Networking Event

On 8th December the WRIHW Early Career Researcher’s (ECR) Committee held a networking event for ECRs.

The event was open to undergraduate, postgraduate, postdoc and ECRs involved or interested in health and wellbeing research.  Those attending had the opportunity to meet and get to know colleagues working on health and wellbeing research.  The Committee was also keen to hear about the types of activities and events members of the ECR community would like to see developed though the WRIHW.  Dr Jonathan Wistow, WRIHW ECR Director said, ‘I would like to thank the Committee for organising this excellent event and all those who attended for taking part.  We will use the information we gathered to help to build a programme to assist ECRs in career and research development and, not least, in increasing the sense of community and visibility of ECRs within the WRIHW.’
