Discover how the Indian percussion instrument the tabla is played and the language of rhythm is spoken as part of the performance.

Hear from the artists in conversation with Balbir about the importance of movement, music and creative expression for their mental health and wellbeing.

Gain an insight into the relationship between the mind and body through a cultural workshop presentation offered to the group working with the artists.
