Bioanalytics Facility
The Bioanalytics facility houses a range of state-of-the-art chromatography and mass spectrometry instrumentation. The facility is available for use by staff and students from across the university, as well as offering a consultancy service for external clients.
Waters Acquity H-Class
Location: Biosciences Room 2009
The Waters ACQUITY H-Class is a UPLC equipped with a photodiode array detector (UV), fluorescence detector and QDa mass detector. The QDa is a user friendly mass detector with polarity switching and a mass range of 30-1250 Da.
This system is good for: Routine analysis with integrated optical and mass detection (±0.2Da).
