Professor David Toll is the new Chair of the British Geotechnical Association

Congratulations to David! The British Geotechnical Association is the professional association for geotechnical engineering in the UK and a Specialist Knowledge Society of the Institution of Civil Engineers. It is the UK member society of the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering which has 19,000 members worldwide.
