Italian Language 2B

This module is devised to revise and consolidate competence in Italian grammar and to develop a securer feeling for vocabulary and idiom in contemporary spoken and written Italian. It will also help to broaden understanding of modern Italian life and culture. The course materials have been developed to help students to prepare both for the end-of-course examination and for the year abroad. By the end of the course students should have gained in confidence, fluency and accuracy in spoken and written Italian, have consolidated their knowledge of Italian grammar and vocabulary and developed essay writing skills.

Year Abroad

During the second year students will be introduced to a range of topics and skills that will be directly relevant to their preparation for their year abroad.
