Ede & Ravenscroft Photography will be located in the marquee to take images of graduates and guests either before or after ceremonies but please note that graduands need to report to the Great Hall by 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Ede and Ravenscroft photography will also capture each graduand on stage with the Presiding Officer during the ceremony and these images will be available to view, purchase and take home on the day from the photography sales desk after the ceremony.
Photography packages can be pre-ordered online once registration opens, or ordered on the day.

Ceremonies will also be streamed live on the Ceremonies website and to the Assembly Rooms (located on the Bailey), which is open to guests without tickets. Please note, seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Ceremonies are streamed and recorded in order to give those who are not able to attend in person the opportunity to view the event without being present on the day. It also gives graduates the opportunity to purchase footage of ceremonies as a souvenir of a very special event.
By attending a ceremony, you are acknowledging that your image may be captured and processed for the purpose of the legitimate interests described above. Durham University will share personal data with Galaxy Video as its delivery partner and will stream the live images to the Ceremonies website and make recordings available to purchase from My Graduation Film
