Claire holds the position of Organisation Development Adviser, responsible for the design and delivery of development workshops and leadership & management programmes across the University. She acted as the lead on the recent project implementing personal development workbooks encouraging career progression amongst professional services staff.

Catherine Saxton

Catherine is the HR Business Partner for the Faculty of Science, providing professional advice to Divisional Heads, Heads of Department, Department Managers and staff on areas of recruitment, employee relations, employee reward, and taking specific responsibility for the HR implications that arise from change projects within the Science Faculty.
