The SCArFEthics Project - Sustainable Consumption, the middle classes and AgriFood Ethics in the Global South project - is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
SCArFE is an international and interdisciplinary project and it involves over 17 academics and four graduate students representing seven institutions in the UK, Brazil, China, and South Africa.
