Prof. Clifford's book, 'Survivors: Children's Lives After the Holocaust', has been named a finalist in the prestigious Cundill History Prize

The book deals with the experiences of children who survived the Holocaust, examining topics such as how they made sense of who they were, and also those who studied the children, such as Anna Freud. It is based on both oral history, and archival research.
