We have planned a series of events to share some evidence-based activities and information we've acquired that helped us and our peers through our postgraduate degrees. We're aiming to meet four times during the year as a group.
Sharing and supporting
This is the first of several events this year designed to be a space in the department for postgrads to share their coping mechanisms/hobbies/ways of maintaining balance and to take a break for a couple of hours.
1st hour: conversation about what we (all) want the group to be, sharing resources, suggestions, etc.
2nd hour: A handful of mindful/reflective activities
All philosophy postgraduate students welcome.
