9 December Lunchtime Mixer

At our December Lunchtime Mixer of 2022, we welcome members of our community to join us as we hear from several academics who will share their research and specialist expertise. The talks will be followed by a half-hour slot after to discuss and finish lunch. 

These lunches are a relaxed and supportive environment to share new ideas, approaches and technologies from across disciplinary boundaries and ultimately to seed innovative research collaborations.

Provisional programme

12:00   Welcome – Prof Steven Cobb (BSI Director)

12:10   Short talks from Liz Morris and Aakash Basu (both Department of Biosciences).

13:00   Time to finish off lunch and discuss.
