Unlock Creativity and Innovation with PCCIP: Where Pop Culture Meets Entrepreneurship

Join us in a unique journey that leverages your passion for pop culture to unlock creativity, design thinking, and innovation. Pop-Culture and Communicating Creativity & Innovation Perspectives (PCCIP) offers a fresh perspective on learning by immersing you in the world of iconic characters like Doctor Who and Harry Potter.

What is PCCIP?

PCCIP is Durham University's disruptive approach to enterprise education. We break the mould by using the language of popular culture instead of traditional startup jargon to explore innovation and design thinking. This inclusive approach encourages a growth mindset and fosters creative thinking.

Why Choose PCCIP?

- Creativity and Innovation: Explore innovative problem-solving through pop culture, generating unique solutions.

- Analysis and Critical Thinking: Connect diverse areas of knowledge to enrich your insights and approach challenges from new angles including  the macro environment, and pressing issues like climate change using The Earth Shot Prize as context.

- Project and Time Management: Collaborate across disciplines, adapting plans and ideas, demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and adaptability.

- Problem Solving: Embrace change and experimentation, adapt to new data, and seize opportunities.

- Communication Skills: Master effective communication, fostering meaningful dialogue and engagement.

The next PCCIP is Star Wars: Hoth's Last Stand, it will be taking place on Friday 7th & Saturday 8th June.
