The best thing about my course is that it’s enjoyable because you get to explore various aspects of Sports and Exercise Sciences, from physiology to sociology. These areas often interconnect in unexpected ways, which is one of the reasons I find Sports and Exercise Sciences so fascinating.
The highlight of the course for me is getting to bring its theoretical components to life through exciting physiological practicals, group presentations, open days and volunteering opportunities. The best thing about Durham is the family you develop! No matter where you go, you'll always have a group of friends to connect with in college, classes and sports and societies.
