John Snow College is a forward-looking College and has some of the most modern and comfortable accommodation and best student facilities in Durham. It is within walking distance of the city centre and the university’s teaching departments.

We are a community of approximately 1,500 students, UK and international, undergraduate and post-graduate studying all degree courses Durham offers. 460 students live in college, of whom approximately 380 are first years. You will make friends with people from all social backgrounds and from across the world.
