The conference is aimed at engaging the Durham University Global Agent Network who are recruiting international students for the University.

This conference provides a unique opportunity for our global network of agents to learn more about Durham University, its key Unique Selling Points (USPs), and the ‘Durham Difference’, which underpins the value added from our Wider Students Experience activities.
This conference will be held online (via Zoom) over three days. Alongside 10 hours of informative, timely sessions from engaging speakers on a range of topics, we will also provide a wide range of opportunities to network (via breakout sessions), discuss, and make connections with relevant colleagues across the University.
You will also be able to access recordings of all 9 sessions after the event.
Durham University ‘Certificate of participation’ will be issued to all attendees.

Opening ceremony with our Senior Leadership Team including PVC Global and Director International

Put your questions to our Senior Leadership Team. 
09.15-10.30 (check the event time in your time zone here please) Meet our International Recruitment Team and Regional Managers. 
  • This session will be divided into to:
    Part 1: 30mins (Chair by VA): for all of us to introduce ourselves to our agent network;
  • Part 2: 30mins (Chair by Regional Heads): Regional Breakout room to explore and discuss and get feedback from agents ‘what works well and what are the challenges facing our agents network.
  • Part 3: 30mins (Chair by VA): we all return and each Regional Heads report/debrief/feedback to the planetary any common themes, challenges and what works and what needs improving.

The session will provide you with step guide on how to use and set up your organisation on our Agent Portal and also to collect feedback of your user-experience of the portal

You’ll find out about the progression team we have at Queen’s Campus and the support they provide to ensure students are on-track to progress to their chosen undergraduate/postgraduate degree at Durham University.
