Single accommodation at Brackenbury

Dryburn Court opened in September 2005, providing modern accommodation and facilities for occupants. Brackenbury forms part of Dryburn Court and contains single ensuite rooms and access to outside car parking.

Brackenbury is set within a residential area, with the University Hospital of North Durham nearby. Dryburn Court is situated just over 1.5 miles away from Elvet Riverside and 2 miles to the Bill Bryson Library. Durham city centre is within easy reach - approximately 25 minutes on foot. Local amenities are even closer, with convenience stores either approximately 15 minutes away in Framwellgate Moor, or 25 minutes away on North Road.

 

Ensuite rooms and shared spaces

Brackenbury houses 48 single ensuite rooms. Each room offers plenty of space and is furnished with a single bed and mattress, storage options, study desk, carpet and curtains. The adjoining ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower, mirror, sink, toilet and toilet brush.

Each room is part of a larger flat that shares two communal spaces - a kitchen and a sitting room.
