Contacting the University about your CAS

If you have questions about your CAS or need to inform the University about changes to your situation, you can update your information or contact the University Admissions Team using the Application Portal.  

Once you’ve completed all the steps listed above, we ask that you don’t contact us about the status of your CAS. We prioritise the processing of CAS over responding to individual enquiries.

Your CAS will be issued as soon as it is ready and you’ll receive it in time to apply for a visa and travel to Durham before your course starts.
