Welcome to Trevelyan College, we are a small, progressive and friendly College.
We have a thriving arts scene suited to all interests and abilities, supported by outstanding musical and theatrical facilities: we have a 60-seat theatre and a fully sound-proofed rehearsal and recording room on campus. We also excel at sports and have a large indoor sports hall, an outdoor all-weather sports court, and a newly refurbished gym. We have 37 different clubs, covering everything from football to Frisbee, and punch well above our weight in the intercollegiate leagues.
Trevelyan strives to produce future-ready graduates. We have an excellent careers programme that connects our students with established alumni in various sectors and hosts regular careers talks and networking sessions. We also believe in providing the space and opportunities for our students to realise their own potential, funding an extensive travel bursary scheme to allow our students to travel the world in pursuit of academic and personal development. This ethos is reflected perfectly in our College tagline, "Explore Without Limits".
Trevelyan was designed as a "modern castle", with all of its facilities interconnected and under one roof. Our students tell us that this layout makes it much easier to make friends and that they felt at home in Trevelyan from the very first day.

Trevelyan College is located 'on the Hill', the colloquial term for the group of Durham Colleges situated around South Road.
